Fire House Subs – Everett

This project was a conversion of a previously existing Starbucks utilizing the existing restrooms with new finish materials. There was significant work required to rebuild the storefront to provide greater opening for more natural light. The existing building was old and outdated thus generating unexpected issues that required Western’s team to problem solve.
