The Rider Restaurant was built in 2017 and is located in downtown Seattle at 7th and Pine, inside the Hotel Theodore (formally known as the historic Roosevelt Hotel) which was constructed in 1929. It features a wood-fired grill, Dynamic Operable windows that open to patio seating on Pine St., and an Interior Live Wall with climbing Ivy and plantings.
