Candy Tyme at Vancouver Mall 2013

Bill Simpson @ 503-891-8963 has built several Candy Tyme stores while at Western. The Vancouver Mall location included work for the Landlord to create a Vanilla Shell for build out of the tenant improvements. Each of these projects presented obstacles that required Western to provide cost effective alternates to mitigate schedule and budget impacts on behalf of the Owner and Landlord.
