Chipotle Building Conversion – Renton, WA

This project consisted of converting an existing bank building into a cold shell for a future Chipotle restaurant. Work included selective demolition of the existing bank interior, removal of obsolete finishes, partitions, casework, and mechanical systems, modifications to the building exterior, utility upgrades, and preparation of the space for future tenant improvements. Following the shell conversion, Western Construction performed the full Chipotle interior build-out, including installation of interior finishes, kitchen equipment, dining area components, fixtures, and all architectural elements required to deliver a completed and operational restaurant.
