This project involved the complete redevelopment of a former Sizzler restaurant space in Klamath Falls. Our team, led by project manager Mike Ogden, handled the comprehensive landlord improvements, demolishing the previous layout to build out a modern Chipotle Mexican Grill and two additional tenant spaces. Exterior and interior remodels allowed the space to be brought back to life to house new businesses.
