Fred Meyer 2012 Remodel/Expansion – 600 Hollywood

This was a Major Remodel/Expansion of an existing 200,000 SF store which included a Deli, Meat, Seafood, Pharmacy, Jewelry, Photo Electronics, Apparel, General Merchandise, Peet’s Coffee, and Produce Refresh. The expansion housed the new Deli Seating and new Public Restrooms. Sitework included bioswales and infill of the Food Pick up area. In addition, new Banner Décor Package was installed throughout the store. The Project Manager was Martin McDermott 503-519-7870.
