This was a Major Remodel of a 210,000 SF store that included Deli, Bakery, Photo Electronics, Meat, Seafood, Dairy Cooler, Apparel, Pharmacy, General Merchandise, Produce, and Floral being remodeled. New Banner Décor Package was installed throughout. Site work included a new Bioswale at the Garden Center. The Project Manager was Martin McDermott 503-519-7870
