Fresenius Kidney Care – Piedmont

Bill Simpson @ 503-891-8963, and Western Construction, have been the primary General Contractor for Fresenius over the last 4 years. This project was the first major Fresenius TI for Bill to take from bid through occupancy. Western took over the shell from another General Contractor that caused issues with the TI scope of work and required creative solutions to make things work for the client.
