Astoria Medical Building

The building is a 7,000 square feet wood framed building with board & batt, plank siding, and metal panels on the exterior. The building became home to a Fresenius Medical Clinic. The project entailed working with the Owner through the leasing, design development, and preconstruction phases during the creation of the contract documents. The project went through the Astoria Historical Design Review Board which required coordination. The project lies close to the Mouth of the Columbia River and presented logistical considerations due to the weather off the Coast.
