On Deck Sports Bar – Broadway

This project was on the ground floor of a high-rise building in Downtown Portland. Due to its high profile and high traffic location this project required extra planning for logistics. Western had to be keenly aware of all people in the building and provide problem solving to make it work for all parties involved. The building was approx. 100 years old and had been through multiple tenants through the years. This created additional coordination between the owners and architect to resolve issues that were not apparent during design and bidding document development phases.
