Bill Simpson @ 503-891-8963 built the Pharmaca store in an older building that once housed a restaurant. Bill worked with the Building Owner and performed the Landlord Scope of Work for a vanilla shell. This project required coordination between the Property Manager, Owner of the building and the City to keep the project moving and procure final inspections for occupancy. Bill was also able to assist the out-of-state Owner and architect by coordinating with the City of Tigard to expedite and procure the permits for the TI.
