Pot Belly Sandwich Shop

Bill Simpson @ 503-891-8963 has built several Potbelly Sandwich Shops. One of the projects was a conversion of an existing restaurant in a Highrise building Downtown Portland with a television studio below and high-end office tenants above. This project required logistics that were specific to this job and non-typical for other similar restaurant TIs. Western had to be keenly aware of all people in the building and provide problem solving to make it work for everyone. Another project went into an old retail building that required coordination between the Property Manager, Owner of the building and the City to keep the project moving and procure final inspections for occupancy.
