Potbelly Sandwich Shop – Portland

This project located in an old Highrise building in Downtown Portland with retail tenants on all sides and office tenants above required creative problem solving. Access and deliveries to the job on a busy street and the light rail line created logistics that were non-typical for other similar restaurant TIs. Western had to be keenly aware of all people in the building and provide problem solving to make it work for everyone. Bill Simpson @ 503-891-8963 was the project manager for this project and he has built several Potbelly Sandwich Shops.
