The building is 9,000 square feet and was built for multiple restaurant tenants as an out-building for Vancouver Mall. The project required working with the Owner to coordinate lease considerations for several tenant spaces that did not get incorporated into the contract documents. The existing site conditions created obstacles that required creative solutions for logistics and construction know-how to get the project off the ground. The project dealt with heavy rain fall in the month of January and was also built during the Covid-19 pandemic. It was completed on time even with the delay’s created by following the protocols levied by the State of Washington. The Project Manager was Bill Simpson @ 503-891-8963.
